홈페이지 객실 페이지에서 원하는 객실과 날짜를 선택해 예약하실 수 있습니다. 전화(1555-5553, 09:00~21:00) 예약도 가능합니다.You can book by selecting your preferred room and dates from the listing page on the homepage. Reservations are also available by phone (1555-5553, 09:00 - 21:00).您可以在首页的房源页面上选择您喜欢的房间和日期进行预订。也可以通过电话预订（ 1555-5553 ， 09:00 - 21:00 ）。
입실·퇴실 시간은 어떻게 되나요?What are the check-in and check-out times?入住和退房时间是什么时候？
입실은 15:00, 퇴실은 다음 날 11:00입니다.Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00 the next day.入住时间为下午3点，退房时间为次日上午11点。
기준 인원을 초과하면 추가 요금이 있나요?Is there an additional charge for exceeding the standard number of guests?超过标准房客人数是否会收取额外费用？
기준 인원 초과 시 1인당 20,000원의 추가 요금이 발생합니다. 객실별 기준·최대 인원은 객실 상세에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.If the standard number of people is exceeded, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be incurred. Standard and maximum number of guests per room can be found in the room details.如果超过标准人数，将收取每人20,000韩元的额外费用。每个房间的标准和最大房客人数可以在房间详情中找到。

취소 · 환불Cancellation / Refund取消预订和退款
예약을 취소하면 얼마나 환불되나요?How much is a refund if I cancel?如果我取消预订，可以获得多少退款？
이용일 기준 7일 전 80%, 3일 전 50%, 24시간 전 20% 환불되며 당일 취소는 환불되지 않습니다. 기본 취소 수수료 20%가 적용됩니다.80% refund 7 days before, 50% refund 3 days before, 20% refund 24 hours before, same day cancellation is non-refundable. A standard 20% cancellation fee will apply.提前7天取消预订可获80%退款，提前3天取消预订可获50%退款，提前24小时取消预订可获20%退款，当天取消预订我们将收取20%的标准取消费用。

무안 황토갯벌에서 시작된 동파이프가 모든 객실까지 연결된 접지 시스템입니다. 걷거나 앉아 있을 때는 물론 잠자는 동안에도 어싱이 이어집니다.The bronze pipe, which originated from the Muan red clay mudflat, is a grounding system that connects to all rooms.
